Patrick’s passion for an artists career comes to life in the music studio during and after the recording process. Overseeing the production of an artist’s music, his focus is on finding great talent and pairing that talent to in-house or guest producers beats. Managing the artists creative development, and ensuring that the artist’s music aligns with the label’s overall vision, Patrick’s deep understanding of the music industry, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to spot emerging talent puts SkyTeam Enterprises and the labels artist roster ahead of the rest.

Overseen by Angel, the SkyTeam Enterprises social media comes to life with artist and company activities which are shared on official channels. Using IG, Facebook, X and YouTube, Angel manages awareness and builds engagements on behalf of the artists.

Lamar X is the creative force behind SkyTeam Enterprise’s visual storytelling. As the head of photography and cinematography, he is responsible for capturing the essence of the artists, their music, and the vibrant energy of the reggae scene. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual artistry, Lamar brings each artist’s journey to life through compelling imagery and high-quality video production.

His work spans album covers, promotional shoots, live performances, and documentary-style storytelling, ensuring that every moment is visually striking and emotionally impactful. Through his lens, SkyTeam’s artists not only sound incredible but look iconic, helping to build their brands and connect with audiences worldwide.

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the SkyTeam Enterprises Record Label, Mark Anthony ensures that all departments inter-connect while accomplishing all goals assigned for the betterment of each signed artist as well as the direction of the label.

Managing the daily operations, Mark Anthony’s focus is the Total Exposure Podcast as well as seeking new performance talent.

With a keen ear for great riddims (beats) and a passion for connecting those riddims to an artists voice, Michael is SkyTeams A&R Manager.

Working closely with performing artists, Michael has been in the music business for the last 20 years. Working in multi-genres, Michael has worked with successful artists in Reggae, Dancehall, R&B and Pop. His key role within SkyTeam allows him to discover, sign, and developing new talent. In some instances, Michael sits in on recording sessions and oversees the production of the artists music. Michael also works closely with Patrick – Senior A&R Director.

Tainu

Tour Manager

Using his widespread knowledge of the music industry, and his many contacts around the world, Tainu is Sky Teams Tour Manager. In this role, Tainu ensures that everything runs smoothly (or as smoothly as possible) during an artist or bands tour.

Overseeing logistics, accommodations, promoter-relations, schedules and coordinating with the production crew and venue, Tainu is the key person who ensures the artist and SkyTeams stress levels are kept at a minimum. Tainu also manages the artists merchandise including the mobile payment system for concert and event sales.

Social Media Manager Marketing

SkyTeams Road Manager is DJ Wiz. With more than 30 years experience in music, DJ Wiz works with Tainu to make sure the Tour Managers planning is delivered on the ground via logistical and operational aspects of the tour or performance.

In addition to playing the performance tracks on stage, Wiz coordinates travel arrangements ensuring that equipment and supplies are transported. He manages accommodations, and addresses any issues that arise on the road.

Natasha

Marketing and Communication Directors

Natasha strategizes to promote the artists signed to SkyTeam Enterprises as well as promote the label itself. Creating connections with audiences and ensuring brand visibility, Natasha uses brand identity, and the labels target audience to accomplish this goal.

Artist promotion is managed through social media, music video and content creation as well as constant pitching to streaming platforms and playlists to optimize artists profiles

Natasha works with the SkyTeam President, A&R team, Tour Manager and Road Manager to create specialized events to make SkyTeam artists shine. She also coordinates with festivals, concert promoters as well as music supervisors for artist and music placement in film.
